"Vicki provided excellent service by picking up my car at my workplace and taking it to be serviced. I was kept informed if when they were coming and when my car arrived. Lori was great in scheduling the maintenance and keeping us posted on the progress and what needed to be done before charging for something we didn’t agree to have done. She went over all the details and then we agreed to proceed. She also told me how many Lincoln rewards points I had and asked it I wanted to use them.
