"I must disagree with some of the ratings stating that the service is first come first serve because it’s not I seen a vehicle literally pulled up about two hours after I came and it was gotten before my vehicle I don’t know what it needed, but I don’t think they should say first come first serve because it’s not. That’s the only reason I didn’t give a five star because I’ve been here over 3 hours and still haven’t gotten started on my vehicle other than that they are great with the quality of work as far as I know. I’ve brought my 3 vehicles to them I have a update I’d like to do as I was sitting there I was called in the office because of my review and she was exceptionally nice to me she offered to take me wherever I needed to go and offered to pick the vehicle up the next day for me I really hate I did the rating I did at first oh by the way it is first come first serve but they only have one alignment machine and I may have misunderstood that there was 2 cars before mines they are a great company to do business with"
