"Rude teller. The older white man with glasses who is balding (seems like he only works Sundays from what family said about the shop). Has very poor social skills and rude to many customers including an older woman who was having a hard time understanding what he was asking (because he was belittling her in front of a store full of customers instead of helping her). Instead of asking what she needed or being understanding, he was asking almost rhetorical questions as if she should know what he was asking of her. Very uncomfortable, very rude to watch. After this, I was first in line. Someone was behind me, filling out paperwork and hoped on the other side. He insisted on serving them first, then tried to serve the customers who came well after us in which they told him, we were there first. I had taped up all but the top of my package to seal closed because I wanted to buy packing peanuts from the store and the grump worker said I needed to buy tape to close it. If you go to UPS, there's a free tape gun to use (as it should be if I spend $50+ to ship a box that's "medium"). I left the store to spend money down the street at UPS in Roche Bros plaza. Much quicker, bigger store so you're not jammed in, and kinder workers. Do yourself a favor and spend your time & money at any surrounding shipping company. I will never go to this store again."
"Very ruue teller working Sundays. We came in and served 2 people before us (even though we were in line first in which there was no order or system he was leading or asking of. He was also rudely speaking to an elderly woman, condescendingly and belittling her in front of people. The older man who works Sunday is a grump. Would rather go to FedEx or any other competition for a higher rate to avoid this location and that man. Save yourself the headache if you must and go to the Brockton location."
"First time applying for a passport with my husband. Tony is the one who attended us and he was friendly and courteous, he walked us through the whole process and got us out of there in a timely fashion. Thank you for making the process an easy one!"
"You don’t get to experience great customer service much these days… but I have had great experiences multiple times with the staff at this post office. Ronnie helped me get an international package out the door… and it was right near closing time. (Pretty sure he stayed late to help me) Super grateful for the assistance and that customer service is still around."
"Tony was amazing he was very informative and assisted my family with applying for passports. Very friendly. I’m pregnant and had a medical emergency I believe my blood pressure caused me to nearly pass out. Tony allowed me to sit in a chair and offered me water and a popsicle. He was very calm and offered to call ems for me. After drinking water and eating the popsicle I felt much better. My two sons thought Tony was amazing and so kind. Thank you Tony."
