"Prime Home Delivery delivered my Bernie and Phyls order this morning. They were excellent. Professional and proficient with setting up two beds! The delivery drivers were respectful and at the end made sure I was happy with the placements of the bed. I also had the opportunity to use this company over the summer as movers. Again, A+ experience. They were accommodating and made a very stressful situation seamless. This company has consistently been superior. Highly recommended!"

"Ordered a Saatva mattress on 8/24 with "white glove delivery service". PHD informed me on 9/1 delivery would be on 9/8, which was the one day I would not be available. Gave them 15 alternate dates over the course of 4 weeks, they said they would call back but never did. Wasn't until I called them that they claimed the mattress was damaged and would have to get a replacement and would let me know when it arrived. Called back a week later and they had no idea or tracking info for the replacement mattress. Now they're claiming they have the mattress, but can not and will not deliver it until they have 'more work' in my area. Their service rep actually told me over the phone that they could confirm a delivery date as far as three weeks out, but if they don't have enough other stuff to deliver to make the route worth the trip, they will cancel and reschedule. They're currently withholding a $3500 bed set and refusing delivery unless I agree to and work around their schedule to be available on the dates where it is most convenient for them. They do not return calls when they say they will, and all around a terrible company. If I could give them negative stars I would."

"Reached out to multiple companies to help a friend move and this company was by far the best. Not only the best price, but movers were knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Owner came out within a few days of reaching out to give a quote, which was more than reasonable, plus provided a 10% discount because we are nurses! Owner dropped off lots of boxes upon request, which consisted of multiple sizes including wardrobe boxes-these we’re amazing and made it so easy to transfer closet to box to closet! Movers were hardworking and fast paced. One mover even took my nephew whom is 6 and autistic under his wing whom was insisting that he help. He showed him how to use a drill and took apart the kitchen table. It was so nice to see this interaction happen! I wish I was able to get the movers name. Lastly, all furniture that was taken apart was put back together perfectly and efficiently! Very satisfied with this company! 100% would recommend & will use in the future if further moving is needed! Thanks so much!"

"I called on short notice to have a old heavy bedroom set moved from my first floor to the 2nd, with a very tight staircase and small doors. Prime the owner (yes his name is Prime) who has 20 years experience and his employee came over a few hours later and moved everything in less than an hour, amazingly everything went perfect. They didn't touch one wall or even scratch the stairs and it's an old house. I couldn't have asked for a more professional job and they were priced as good as all the other quotes. Highly recommend them. To give you a true example of how hard it was here is a few pictures of my home and the heavy bedroom set."
