"My new phones and watches were delivered to this location today. One has not been found. Instead of offering a solution I was told the employee my husband had spoken to earlier didn't work here and that they didn't have the package."

"Today (10 Nov 2023) I had to return equipment to Verizon. The people that were working there were amazingly helpful and patient with me while I had to get some information from Verizon. If I could I would give the people that work there way more than 5 stars. So if any of the individuals that work there, Thank you very much for your help and patience."

"I go to this UPS store pretty often to drop off packages. There were 2 people ahead of me, but I was in line for less than 5 minutes. I was able to return my packages with ease. They taped them up & taped the return label on them as well. If you need to package something to be returned, they provide that for you at a very low cost. They were very friendly & helpful."

"This morning, I visited UPS on Roche Brothers Way in Easton to deliver a package and felt a bit overwhelmed, unsure of how to prepare my items for shipping. Thankfully, the gentleman on staff was incredibly helpful. He patiently guided me through the process and made it a pleasant experience."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The older man there is rude and appears to especially dislike women. I had gone several times to ship/return pkgs. He goes out of his way to make me wait longer. One day, I was dropping off a box that had the return label on it yet he made me wait in line with 10 other people despite my physical disability. I am not saying that I deserve a preferential treatment but his response to me was: "Everyone else is doing the same thing so wait in line." Wow. I am now going to avoid this place."
