"As if losing a loved isn't hard enough, then the sadness of having to get a stone and having it engraved, the emotional roller coaster ride is draining. I looked all over the internet for a company, because I just needed engraving for my moms side of the stone, either nobody returned messages, or the prices were way too high. I came across Easton Memorial and sent them and email with what I was looking for, I was answered almost immediately, that was a big plus, then when I was ready, I went there in person, we'll let me tell you, I met Dan, he was super friendly and even remembered who inwas from my emails, we sat and chatted, I layed out everything that was needed. He kept in touch regularly with me, sent me proofs before the actual was to be done, then something wasn't right, he was so patient with me and promised to fix it, he didn't get upset knowing how nervous inwas about it being perfect. We'll I have to say, if I could give ten stars, I would, not only was Dan so wonderful to work with, he does impeccable work, he matched myndad side, which is 23 years old, to a tee. I cannot be more thrilled of the job he did. Thank you so much Dan a million times for your help and understanding it is beyond appreciated! I highly recommend this company!"

"Losing a parent is difficult but living out of state adds an extra degree of difficulty to it. I was so pleased that after the funeral and we all packed up to go to our homes I was introduced to Dan (electronically) at Easton Memorials. My mother’s headstone needed to be engraved and my father’s needed a correction and I knew nothing about this process. Dan was completely open and honest and told me that this would take a few months as it was January and engraving shouldn’t be done in the freezing Massachusetts winter. He was also patient as my sister and I hemmed and hawed over the engraving and finally settled on what needed to be done. He was in complete communication every time I reached out and all of this was done remotely. Upon finishing Dan sent photos and I couldn’t be more pleased. Easton Memorials was an extremely easy company to deal with and during the difficult time of losing a parent easy is exactly what was needed."
