Reviews
"This is one of the best hidden gems in Easton! The house is beautiful crafted and well thought out. It has one room filled with some really old books, and you can just sit and read them in peace. There are rooms that can be used for conferences. Also, they have a section in the back where they sell some books that have been donated to the library. I love browsing that area! There are also many programs for kids, teens, and adults throughout the month. I come by usually at least once a week in conjunction with trips to the main library. I love this place."
"So nice that this beautiful restored historical house is getting good community use as part of the library. I was there to use the digital media room to scan old slides to JPG."
"Absolutely, a beautiful historic place! Library, conference rooms and more..."
"An amazing library. Community hub, maker spaces, podcasting studio, book sale, program rooms. All in a lovely building in beautifully restored classical garden, and featuring the original library collection and card catalogue from the 1890s! Staff are wonderfully welcoming and engaged in the community. I absolutely loved my visit there!"
"I hadn't ever visited the Ames Library before. What a breathtaking surprise I was treated to after parking. I couldn't resist wandering the grounds after a thunderstorm had just passed us by."
