"They have a nice selection, but despite arriving at the store with a specific list of products I wanted to try based on tons of research and my dermatologist’s recommendations, I was repeatedly pushed towards NARS. Even when I clearly wasn’t in love with what they were putting on my face, they wouldn’t offer to try anything else and kept dropping the NARS products into my basket. I ended up pretending to be done shopping and then walking around the store to test out the products on my list by myself (and then discreetly putting most of the NARS products back when they weren’t looking). It was so awkward, and I’ve never been made to feel that way in any store! I’ve since learned when Sephora has special events going on, employees are incentivized to sell certain brands. I’ll be leaving or standing my ground next time, but I don’t think sales reps should ever be that dismissive or aggressive…"

"My girl & I were shopping at Derby Street Shops in Hingham Mass. She spotted the Sephora store while we were walking around & decided to go in & buy lipstick that’s a favorite of hers. We were helped by a pleasant lady by the name of Emily, she didn’t have the lipstick that my girl wanted at that store but was able to locate some at another store which was at Hanover Mall in Hanover which was just a couple exits down the highway. After lining it up with the sales girl at that store we drove down & purchased it, I thought that was really nice of Emily to do that for us. Regards Frankie & Kristen"
