Supercuts

"They told me if I came in person and checked i could then leave and come back in an hour, and they could take me. So basically, it was an hour wait. That seemed fine so I did what they recommended.. I returned, and there were some people in the chairs getting haircuts. Also fine. I then waited an additional 45 minutes during which time nobody said single word to me. They just disappeared in the back and left one stylist out front cutting another guy’s hair. So that’s an hour and 45 minutes to wait for a haircut I never got. I Finally got fed up, got up and left. Under any definition, that is disgraceful customer service. I would give it a zero if that was an available option."

"I have been going to the Supercuts on Whiting Street/Route 53 for many, many years (over ten). I have had certain stylists I've found to be excellent and consistent, and then I request that person when I go next. Sarah P has been cutting my hair for the past few years, and it's just like I like it, every time. She is also so pleasant and kind. Depending on when you go, there can be a wait, so it's good to call ahead; sometimes, you can put your name in ahead of time and then get there so you have little wait time, and that's helpful. It's good to be able to fit in a haircut while out doing errands. I highly recommend this Supercuts."
