"I had an appointment this evening, and, came down with a respiratory virus so I called to reschedule to a later day in the week. Kerry (or Kelly?) said that “because the appointment took up so much of the stylists time” that their policy is not to rebook people who cancel. Even for a virus. Apparently I should have simply gone in to the salon and made everyone sick. Do yourself a favor- go somewhere else to spend $300 on a highlight and cut."
