We didn’t know what to expect but it was an amazing experience, after the treatments my feet felt like I was walking on air and I felt like the Greek god Hermes! Definitely go with the treatment that includes the hot stones and a heel scrub. I have since gone back twice already!"

"Dear Gloss Bar, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the nail service I received at The Gloss Bar recently. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I have come to associate with your establishment. Given the nature of my experience, I kindly request a full refund for the service in question. I believe this would be a fair resolution to the situation. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope we can reach a swift resolution. I have attached photos documenting the issues for your reference. My nails pretty much started turning yellow right away after the service was completed and they were so thick that they were uncomfortable which I had no problem paying for a brand new set that’s why I booked a new one instead of getting a fill. On top of that the nails were not even and instead of giving me what I asked for “ chrome”, the polish that you explained was comparable to that look was not what I wanted and did not look like what I wanted. "I discovered the Gloss Bar after my previous favorite salon closed during COVID. I have been here twice so far for dip powder with extensions and both times have been great! They are clean, always on time when you make an appointment, and friendly. I saw Lyna and Lisa, and both times I was very happy with how they did the dip powder, not too thick and the shape is nice. They recommended a color and I loved it. Also reasonably priced. From what I could see everything was very sanitary with the pedicure stations, so I will be back soon for my toes!"
