"For my birthday, my boyfriend brought me to this incredible place, and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, gave us a tour, and made sure we were comfortable with the layout. The sauna and showers were luxurious, with the perfect ambiance created by the lighting and Bluetooth speaker. Even though I was a bit anxious about the cold plunge, I managed to try it a few times and ended up loving it. It turned out to be a fantastic bonding experience for us, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone."

"I love the sauna and cold plunge at SweatHouz. I like the facility a lot. The private rooms, vitamin C showers, TVs etc. are all a nice touch and create a great atmosphere. I have been going since the start of the year and every time I leave SweatHouz I feel great and energized. I am up to 5 minutes in the cold plunge! I decided to finally write a review though because I absolutely loved the new person they hired. I didn’t catch her name, but she was working during my 6:45pm appointment today (5/7). She was friendly, organized, informed and relaxed. It was the complete opposite interaction I had with the woman working the Friday night on 4/26. She only cared about making a sale for the promotions and therefore everyone was running late to their appointments. She wasn’t providing a great customer experience. Overall - I love the sauna and cold plunge experience. I physically feel better and always feel energized after a session. I also think (and appreciate) that the owner truly reads these reviews and make changes in response. In the 4 months I have been going, there always seem to be small updates made to make the experience better. Plenty of towels. The change of the beep at the end of the timer. The lighting in the cold plunge room 5. Etc. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review is that some of the new hires could use some additional training or support to ensure they are providing a great customer experience. (Once again though - the woman today was excellent)"

"I cannot say enough about the level of customer service I received today from your team members Ashley and Tara. I purchased two sessions and hoped to book one for my husband for this afternoon. I had inadvertently purchased a membership by mistake. Ashley and Tara were incredibly responsive and helpful and so upbeat. In a day where so much interaction is via technology and lacking emotion and connection, it was so refreshing to have such wonderful customer service. I will happily refer people to Sweathouz Assembly because of it!"

"Had a really awesome first timer experience here! The staff was super friendly, and the place was very clean and luxurious! The 45 minute sweat, and three minute plunge was absolutely cathartic and life-changing! Also the Vitamin C shower at the was like nothing I have ever experienced! My skin is so smooth! Cannot wait to go back!"
