Every hair stylist there does an amazing job in the exact same way you would expect them to do! They are very friendly and caring. Highly recommend this place for any kind of hair styling. They do have offers often, which are an added perk - my favorite being the discount after referral for both you and a friend."

"I love coming to Soma and seeing Estefania for my cuts and color! In the time that I've known her I've changed my hair color from blonde to a darker red, done trims to huge chops, and edged up my look perfectly. Not only is my hair not damaged, I get compliments on it even 8 weeks out! I cannot recommend Estefania and the amazing team at Soma enough. Receptionists remember my name, we have actual conversations, stylists who aren't servicing me will recognize and talk to me while I'm processing, and the vibes are immaculate. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Extremely disappointed with my experience with Amanda. I was supposed to see Denice who I have gone to once before. No one called me to tell me Denice called in sick. I would of appreciated a call so I could make the decision to reschedule. Denice did a great job with my hair cut/ blow out and I was excited to get my roots done and a blow out by her. My hair is a lot darker now and you can’t see balayage as well, which needless to say I’m not happy about. This blow out is the worst blow out I have ever gotten. Amanda sent me on my way with my hair damp!"

"Such a great experience from the moment I walked through the door! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Estefania took her time during the consultation and could see immediately what I wasn’t happy about (lack of layers and wrong color tone for me) I have wavy hair and it can be difficult to cut it correctly. I liked it so much I booked for 2 weeks later for make up and updo for my nephews wedding. Conveniently located off the orange line in assembly Row Somerville. Garage parking is next door and free for first 3 hours"

Felt welcomed the moment I stepped in, and Danielle was patient in explaining the swatches and listening to what I wanted: a darker shade but still with a copper tone.
