He was so nice from the start- talked me through each step and provided a fantastic result. I’ve been to this salon before and seen a few different stylists; & while all are talented, John was great. "I really needed a new haircut. Now online says there's a 3pm 330pm 4pm appointment. Just in case I called at 2:49pm to see, they had a 3pm. I told them I might be late they said fine. I get there and now they CANT cut it. But offered to "cut it quickly without wash or blow dry". Um no. I literally RACED to get there, called twice told it'll be FINE. Why would I pay $75 or more for that?. Plus I want my hair styled etc. Tomorrow I'll be going to another salon. Very dissatisfied . Only positive the woman who answers phone total sweetheart"

"I made an appointment because me and my sister wanted to get our hair done. They said we will need 1.5 hours and it will be around 75 USD. It took them 45 minutes and they made us pay 120 USD. The work was a medium quality. Cannot recommend. Additional information: Shortly after leaving this review the salon called me. They must have looked up my name in their data base. They questioned my review. This is unacceptable."

"Michelle is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I recently just moved to Cambridge and saw many reviews about Michelle and her beautiful work from other clients. I took the chance and decided to see her for a hair balayage and curl for a special event this evening. Michelle took such good care of me, she truly values client satisfaction and for that I appreciate. Many salons I've went to in the past always pressured me to add more services or products to the visit. However, Michelle will tell you what she thinks is best for you and your hair, without even thinking about making a good commission. I love how caring and thoughtful she is, and honestly the 2 hours I've spent with her was nothing but pure amazement. She does not let you leave her chair until EVERY PIECE of hair is to PERFECTION. For that extra love and care, this is what I call a great service. Please if anyone is looking for a talented hairstylist, please see Michelle!!!"
