"I just had my first ever salon hair coloring session with Luiza, and I love the results! I feel like a My Little Pony. My hair is so shiny and soft, and Soooo purple, it's glowing. Luiza gave me a balayage so that it will grow out more naturally, and I won't end up with any sharp lines. The well blended shadow root makes it look more natural and really makes the brighter purple pop! She also evened out my haircut since the last time I cut it, I buzzed it really short. It looks a lot better now that it's more even. Luiza was super lovely and fun to chat with, and it made the 5.5 hours pass by quickly. The full body massage chair at the washing station was very luxurious, and I felt very pampered. Luiza explained what she was doing throughout the process and had such a wonderful attention to detail, such as making sure my scalp wasn't stained purple before sending me out into the world. She was very gentle and frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable with the water temperature, massage chair, bleaching, blow drying, etc. Before starting, she did a test strand with bleach to make sure my hair would react well. She instructed me how to treat my hair both before and after the dying process. I would highly recommend booking with her. She is very talented and a pleasure to spend all day in the salon with. I felt very confident that I was in great hands."

"I’ve been going to Fernanda’s for 6+ years and I cannot rave enough about the overall salon experience, the high quality products they use, and most importantly the talented, professional and friendly staff. There are so many thoughtful touches like delicious snacks, warm scented hand towels, massage chairs, branded robes and plastic covers for your glasses! I made the mistake of trying to get a keratin treatment somewhere else and never again. Stylist Yazmin did a fantastic job with my latest keratin treatment and haircut.The junior stylist, Luiza, was so sweet and gave an excellent hair wash and head message.
