"Mr. Morales came on time and completed an assessment of what I needed for a porch. Actually, a special entrance to allow my electric wheelchair to be able to get off of the elevator and into the apartment. He also would create a functional porch . His pricing was very agreeable to me and hopefully the Veterans Administration Disability Board. Can not wait for construction to start ! Now he has gone silent when I told him he had to make changes. Waste of my time!"
