As well, the staff (particularly Ethan!) is incredibly helpful and friendly. "Rude staff just because I walked in with my bike in hand to look for a bolt for it, they didn't even let me ask my question. Edit: I understand, but he could at least let me put the bike inside in a corner, he asked me to leave my bike that costs over $1000 outside, and that he would "take a look", and the way that he talked to me was aggressive, wasn't in a polite way. I will simply never go back to this store again because of this employee."
