"Ordered a part for a door project on 4/3/23 Shipping said 7-10 days . I Waited 15 days , still no delivery and no Communication from JMAC . I reached out to them only to be told the item is "back ordered" and once it ships they would let me know . Meanwhile I have an electrician waiting for part to install To complete project . I understand supply delays but No communication? Today is May 9th and the part FINALLY arrived after several delays by UPS as well . Poor communication."
