A day after my call, John came to my home, assessed the work to be done, and provided a very reasonable estimate. John explained the approach and steps that they would take to fix the crumbling concrete, and explained why. He patiently answered my questions then, as well as my follow-up questions by phone. The crew arrived the following week, on time, and worked efficiently to wrap up the project in less than a day. John and the crew are great -- helpful and polite.
