"I had such a positive experience with Jeff and Rob. I refinished two sets of very old and warped stairs. They came out, did a walk through, set my expectations for cost and timeline. We worked together to determine the best thing to do was to replace one full set of stairs and refinish my entryway floor. They were able to accommodate it all. They were super communicative, always on time, beyond polite and respectful - especially on days when I had to work from home. They were dependable and meticulous with the job. They truly went above and beyond and touched up walls and trim that were not part of the scope. The stairs were functional and the house was clean at the end of each day.
