"This place is terrible at least when it comes to scheduling. I called as a new patient and have had 3 appointments cancelled so havent brought my son in at all! Always some sort of "scheduling" conflict or that the hygienist "wont be in that day"-- extremely unprofessional place. Go elsewhere and save yourself some time. I'd give it a 0 stars if I could for the frustration and wasted time."

"I am no longer a patient at this office, they cancelled my daughter's appointment twice never called just sent an email before the office was closing at the end of the day. I understand things happen but at least give your patients the courtesy of a phone call explaining what the reason is. The receptionist isn't very nice either don't recommend this office."

"This place has appalling service, and seemingly sub par dental work. I've had numerous appointments cancelled because of their inability to retain staff, have been threatened with erroneous billing, and have been demeaned by the staff they do have. I understand dentist's offices have been hit hard by covid, but at a minimum they need to pretend to be empathetic. If the result is instead that one can show up first thing in the morning, get disrespected by their receptionist, have a manager pulled out to explain how my appointment had been cancelled due to a "failure to confirm" despite my phone showing the log of my calling back. For another funny quirk, they cancel appointments if you don't confirm the day before, but bill for appointments if you need to cancel or change date within two days. Presumably they charge for those appointments they cancel as well. Their actual dental work? Multiple fillings that other of their dentists have described as poorly done, and multiple that have required repeat visits to fix. For an example, fillings left with sharp jagged edges between the teeth which would cause floss to break. On something around the 4th visit after the hygienist made an appointment for the dentist to correct. What about the 3 before who experienced the same issue? Mumms the word. Hopefully you don't have a dental emergency, I called with one and got a call back over a week later. All that said, they've had some good staff, but it appears to be an absolute revolving door."

"Nice people there I have to say, but I need more than nice people when I spend lots of money to get my teeth fixed. The receptionist is really nice but she tells me different time for my appointment every single time! I mean, I put the appointment on my calendar but when the receptionist calls me before the appointment, she would say no, it is not 10am, it is 8am. This kind of thing happens EVERY TIME!!! In terms of the dentist, he is nice! But he does not really explain things. I would not recommend this place if you need a considerate dentist."
