"Hanna did dental cleaning for me today. She did such an excellent job. She was very gentle, thoughtful during the cleaning. I did not feel any sensitivity pain like all previous cleanings. My teeth were cleaned by Hanna perfectly without any soreness afterwards. She took the time needed and I didn’t feel any rush. This is the best dental cleaning experience I have. Highly recommend this place and Hanna!"

"I will never bring my daughter back to convivial dental. She is 8 years old and the dentist was extremely rude to her. She was visibly nervous for her appointment. She was holding my hand and reported she was scared. While he was cleaning her teeth she flinched and touched his hand. He then stated to say if you touch my hand again we are going to have a problem, you are 8 years old, you should know better. He spoke in an extremely rude and derogatory tone. I spoke up about his demeanor towards my 8 year old daughter and he did not respond. He looked at me. At the end of the cleaning (it was almost over when he did this) I asked for her records and he said no. So I asked the front desk lady who happened to be in the hallway right outside the door. I asked again for the records. She said yes after you sign the release. He ended up apologizing for his very poor unprofessional behavior. They would also not give me my daughters records after staff told me I would be able to get paper copies. I highly do not recommend!!!! Stay away."

"We had a great experience at my kids recent cleaning. Hannah was outstanding! She was so patient and excellent at communicating with both kids and parents. Both my kids raved about how much they liked her and would like to go back to make sure their teeth are healthy - and requested to see her again. The doctor was also very kind and friendly. I was considering switching dental offices to somewhere closer to home but absolutely worth the little extra distance for such a positive experience. Thoroughly impressed and very appreciative!"
