It’s always reassuring to be in her care. Other dentists who know her tell me I have the best. My latest visit was August 9, 2023 when Dr. Bishop completed the crown replacement. "I have been going to Dr. Bishop for a couple of years. I like her and she seems to be a good dentist. However, I am very unhappy with their practice overall. At least four times when I've gone to have my teeth cleaned she has not been in the office. I went yesterday and not only was she not in, but there were no other dentists in the office. I have made it very clear that I want to see a dentist to check my teeth when I am getting them cleaned. I am going to a DENTAL appointment, not a HYGIENIST appointment. I refused xrays yesterday because there was no dentist available to review them. Additionally, the back office seems very disorganized and they have made lots of mistakes with my insurance. It feels to me like the dentists are absentee landlords and not particularly good managers. I will be switching dentists even though I like Dr. Bishop quite a lot. I am not getting good dental care!"
