"I've been going here for a few years now, and it is such a great dental practice! Everyone is very positive, professional, and extremely competent at their work. Bilingual Mandarin-English. They've always been very accommodating for appointments and my TMJ, which means sometimes my jaw needs a break in appointments. Can't recommend them enough!"

"I don't like the way they treat me. I have a tooth pain and went to this place. The doctor took about 5 miniutes on my case and told me I should remove the tooth without any further explanation. They charged my 178 dollars for my visit and didn't even give me anything to relieve my pain. The way they treat me is very unprefessional. Update on 1/5/2024: Doctor Liu provided me a free consultation time. She told me some information how to save my tooth. However, those information is not so helpful since I already been told by another dentist. That dentist covered much more information, for example, that dentist even taught me how to use toothbrush properly. Anyway, I still want to update the score to 4 star since doctor Liu spent some time on my tooth and tried to help me."

"I visited Beacon family dental two months ago for tightening the screw of my implant. Because they were not sure whether insurance would cover the service, they charged me $236 onsite for the full price and promised would refund me if the insurance does cover it. A week later I received a statement from my insurance showing they did cover most of the cost. I waited for another month for the refund but didn't receive any, so I reached out to the dental office. They denied to issue the refund, instead, they submitted a new claim that they never talked about before, adjusted their billing, and said I own them money instead. This was ridiculous. ==================== Update after 4 months: The implant was loose again. This means the way they claimed to "solve the challenging issue" was not effective at all. Besides their lame billing and attitude, they have just proved that their dental techniques was lame too. ==================== Final update: They issued me refund for not being able to solve my dental problem. While I appreciate their ethics on this matter, all my previous complaints are still valid, as I never received a proper apology for their billing chaos or rudeness or incompetence. Given how many troubles they have put me through, my overall experience with Beacon Family Dental was still horrible."

"Everyone at Beacon Family Dental was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Even though I was scheduled to only check my wisdom teeth, they were able to squeeze me in to fill in my cavities and get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Wang was very reassuring and did a great job with my teeth. The receptionists and assistants were also very nice."
