"Took my husbands truck for an inspection sticker. Went to this place because that’s where he had always gone. Vehicle had been sitting for a couple of months. The rude man told me it failed because it needed a sensor.He said I needed to go to a mechanic and proceeded to tell me where to go. I called my mechanic and read him the reason. He stated it was because of sitting so long. Told me to drive it for 120 miles and take it back. I did that. The nasty man said I told you to take to a mechanic. He then lied and said he told me to drive it for 250 miles. He never said that. He said if it fails he would charge me next time. Maybe he missed the fact that there will NEVER be a next time at his station. He was in the phone the whole time yelling at someone. This was a very unsettling experience."

"One of the cheapest places around to fill up - bring cash to get the discount [posted prices]. Otherwise - its a gas station. You should reasonably expect to wait quite a while if attempting to cross to 44 Westbound. Instead of doing that and tying up one end of the driveway, take 44 east up a few hundred yards to the next plaza, and use that to reverse direction."

"I recently took my car to Reliable Rides for its annual state inspection, and the experience was as smooth as one could hope for. The facility was easy to find, with ample parking and clear signage directing me to the inspection area. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who explained the process and estimated wait time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi, which made the wait more pleasant. The inspection itself was thorough yet efficient. The technician, who was ASE certified, checked all the necessary components, including lights, brakes, emissions, and tires. I was impressed by their attention to detail and their willingness to answer any questions I had about my vehicle’s condition."

"Absolute worst customer service. Went in for a car inspection. Just bought a car and had a “coupon” from Hyundai for this horrible place so I went. Immediately not greeted and just went straight to my car. I handed the guy my coupon and he angrily SHOUTED, “we don’t take that anymore you have to pay!” and dismisses me. That’s fine. I’m not worried about $35 and I’m already there. Then this rude dude yells at me to sit in my car to run the final test. Finally, at my wits end, I asked him if he had a problem and told him how unfriendly he was, to which he replied, “why because I didn’t take your coupon?” Sir, I could care less about the stupid coupon. Treat paying customers with respect. I will never return to this place and I highly DO NOT recommend. Place is a dumpster fire too. If I could give negative stars, I would."
