"Not my favorite Burlington, but they did have a pretty good selection of discount clothing. I was disappointed by the lack of dog toys in stock, but what was available was good quality and well priced. There's tons of parking and plenty to explore."

"The selection is very much hit or miss. There is little floor space for the men's section, and 1/4 of that is the XXXXL sizes. Men's shoes and sneakers never have much of a selection. This may be a great ship for ladies, but I'm not the person to assess that."

"They really don’t have decent clothes for larger women. The clothing section for large women few to none and the few they have isn’t worth purchasing. Maybe because that’s a smaller Burlington. Not sure but I won’t go back to that particular Burlington Factory."

"Awful customer service. The cashier that was ringing me out was talking to the other cashier the whole time. I bought two large bags of things and at the end, she handed me one big bag, and I was thinking everything was there. I got home and realized half my stuff wasn’t there. I went back to the store to pick it up and mentioned to one of the workers that the cashier was talking the whole time. I mentioned, maybe there should be some retraining on customer service and being professional and the response I got was “oh ok”. Spent $300 there and I feel like I should’ve went somewhere else."

"This store is a huge mess. Product on the floor. Product just thrown on shelves. No organization whatsoever. My daughter did end up buying a couple items but we didn't really shop the store because it was just too messy. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the cashier was nice."
