"Been reading the reviews and would like to add one about this hotel. The customer service here is better here, than any other. They really make me and my mother feel welcomed when ever we come to town to visit my Nana right down the street. Bob Jackson also needs to be recognized for his general manager skills. As everybody that works here(Aiden and deb at Starbucks and Kim and kyle at front desk) has awesome attitudes, on top of that they remember us "

"Place is slipping badly. Rooms are cleaned badly. Staff changes every week bar was closed over New Years holiday. And furniture was being stacked in hallways. This is probably the new migrant hotel in mass. Go stay around Foxboro"

"It’s a clean, comfortable space. But for $160+ there’s not much. Pool/jacuzzi advertised but they don’t actually have one. Big plus being next to highway and a Walmart walking distance next door"

"Stayed for 2 nights for work, average to below average hotel room. Beds soft to get to sleep, but not comfortable enough to sleep on prolonged (if you prefer a firm bed). Minimal amenities, tiny tv, no breakfast, tiny fridge that didn’t keep my food cold. Dated bathrooms: ceiling peeling, poor ventilation, tile floor grout was deep brown gray (aka really dirty). I’ve seen better quality outdoor public beach showers than that one - not kidding. Top 3 worst hotel showers I’ve had to take and I stay in 5-10 hotels a year for the last 10+ years. Great that Walmart was right there."

"We stayed here for our wedding and had the best time! The guy working the night shift(can’t remember his name..Doug maybe?)- from East Boston was incredibly hospitable to us at the end of the night. Great place to stay!"
