"Promised to do some work for me had me waiting 3 weeks to get some parts sand blasted which never got done. Took a deposit, I took the parts to get sand blasted (done in 5 mins) he said he would paint them now has been ducking my phone calls and has some of my hardware and $ . DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!"
"I had 4 rims powder coated by Tony. We chose tony because he said bring the car in and he would remove the tires, spray the rims and be done. I thought this is great a one stop shop. He gave me a 7-10 day timeframe. We mentioned we were going to get new tires and Tony informed us that he can also do that at considerable savings. Tony said he could do this in less than 14 days. I ended up paying for 4 tires and receiving 3. Tony claims it was a price increase. No refund for the 4 tire. I checked Towne fair tire. The price was not increased. They also had extra sets in stock. This is how I know the price. Tony also told me I had to buy four tire pressure sensors. This struck me as odd as no shop has ever asked me to buy parts for them. Three were installed one was not installed. This was confirmed by town fair tire, which I had to eventually bring the car to because of Tony’s inability to fix the problem. Again, I paid for 4 tire pressure sensors and received 3. We went to town fair tire page for the extra sensor. It was $62. Tony got angry with us. He said “I can’t believe you’re making me buy these tire sensors“. It’s Tony’s shop it’s Tony’s business. He shouldn’t have offered a service he could not perform. This would be like going into a restaurant ordering food, and the owner would come over to you and be upset because you didn’t go out to the supermarket, buy your food and bring it to the restaurant so they could cook it and serve it to you. It took 12 1/2 weeks to collect $60 from Tony always calling him to see if he was there at his shop and always asking what time is a good for you for me to stop by. Very unprofessional Tony. Tony then informed me that he took the car for a test drive, this also struck me as odd. We did not ask for this and Tony did not tell us he was taking it for a test drive. In my whole 55 years being on this earth, I’ve never had a test drive on old or new tires. Tony also took it upon himself to paint the black plastic center cap of the rim, the same color as the rim we did not want this. Had Tony asked if we wanted this done he would’ve known immediately the answer would be no we do not want it done. We did not ask for it and Tony did it anyways. He said it cost him an extra $180. Tony did not ask us before he did this. We didn’t pay for this service. We didn’t ask to be done. I believe Tony was angry about this, and decided to return one of the tires, and claim that the price was increased. Tony also smoked in the car. We don’t smoke. There was even a sticker in the car that said no smoking. Tony also rummage through the center console and the glove box, leaving its contents on the passenger seat looking for the key for the Lugnuts, which again I told Tony it was in the cupholder in the front with pink duct tape around it. Tony left a mess. It did not even attempt to put anything back. I wish Tony well, I really do. I also wish he gets the personal and business help that he desperately needs. Tony needs help managing timelines, providing services he can perform and being truthful to customers. Tony, I forgive you and god bless you but I can’t recommend anyone to use your shop services."
"Scammer! He is always intoxicated. I had given him a set of calipers(front and rear) plus a valve cover to powder coat, it took over 3 months, and he still never completed the job. Worst, he removed the seals(ripped them) and claim he was helping me out. His hours of operations is not accurate at all. Whenever you call him after three, he’s at home telling you about how much he works. He’s unprofessional with how he talks to you, consistently lies about the progress on the job, and getting a hold of him after you give him a job is near impossible. I had resulted to filing a small claims case."
"Great job ,good prices."
