"They used to be great. I was a customer when I lived in Revere but moved into a house with gas. I have sent them many many customers as I am originally from Winchester which is a closer proximity to their operations. I called in yesterday asked if they came to the town I now reside in. The lady said she would ask and get back to me. She didn’t take my information. At the end of the call I asked hey do you want my name and contact info? She said oh yeah I’ll take that. I knew I wasn’t getting a call."
