Today we made an appointment to check our engine light and they actually turned us away telling us to bring our 2009 scion to a dealership. Called other local shops and they were happy to check it out."

"Schedule an appointment for an alignment at 8 AM. When I got to Goodyear, I was told “the alignment guy is not here today”. So I was left with either rescheduling or going to another shop. When I asked the guy at the counter why they couldn’t call me before I got there, he told me “we can’t call customers before 8”, which seemed like a pretty dumb answer. I left and went to the Malden location and they took great care of me. I would recommend to anyone who schedules service, that they call before their appointment to ensure the staff that can do certain services are present that day."
