"came here to get my inspection sticker. the staff at the front was just counting cash and did not acknowledge me at all. he looked at me, i told him i needed an oil change and he still did not say anything. he continued to count his cash as i stood there for 1 minute without him saying anything. i proceeded to walk out the door and he did not seem to care at all. overall very unprofessional service. i honestly don't ask for much. i drove my car literally next door to Stoneham Auto Works where i was greeted with great customer service. they also completed everything i asked in a timely manner"

The mecanich is young but very knowledgable is does a great job at explaning what the issue is with your car and provides alternatives to fix it.
