"Thieves! My family has had a rough couple months and these guys made it even worse. My oldest son was involved on a horrible accident in late March where he drove under a tractor trailer on the pike and was cut in half, My wife had to have emergency brain surgery on April 29th. My youngest boy has stepped up thru it all. At 17 years old he is the man. Today he wanted to go into Boston with his girlfriend for a convention. I had bought him an older jeep that passed inspection but was a 2000. On the way into Boston a fuel tank strap broke and the tank fell. He got out on the side of the road and secured it. But it was leaking. He got it to this Gulf station. The manager was great at first. Put a pan underneath it and offered to repair it. My son called me and being I work at a shop and have Aaa I opted to get it towed. He told the manager. The manager told him AAA would not tow it with a leak. Well the problem was I also tow for AAA. I got a truck en route immediately. The manager then called the police on my 17 yo because he wasn't having it fixed and reported that his vehicle was leaking hazardous materials. Multiple police, fire department. You name it they came. Then the manager started yelling at my son. The Newton PD and Fd were great as well as Pro Tech towing. But these guys are obviously all about the money. And who yells at a 17 yo because he broke down? So if I'm ever in Newton I'm going to address this and word to the wise. Think about it people there is honest shops out there!"
