"Brought a company truck here for service after calling to explain the issue and was told they had availability. Got there and told they were scheduling 2 weeks out, so I reexplained the issue and showed pictures of the stripped windshield wiper arm bolt. The lead mechanic/owner told me to just tighten in more and was pretty condescending. Didn’t seem to listen to a word I said or the pictures I showed were the bolt was stripped clean."

"very incompetent front desk person. could not even provide manager's phone number when asked. they have a sign with 'mechanic on duty' board,- nobody was there and no manager's information is provided.. horrible experience with the place. muffler felled off while driving by the shop and nobody cares. the explanation was because they are booked. random person in the shop interfered,- bizarre.."
