"If I could give less stars I would. This gas station is suppose to be 24 hours, I go to put my card in at one of the pumps around midnight and it tells me to see cashier. I try to go in to see the cashier and the worker has tied the doors shut with plastic bags and I knock on the door to no avail, just to be ignored while he looks at his phone. Why pay a worker to sit there and do zero customer service when, on the door to the establishment, it says 24 hours. Please take action and hire competent workers instead of people who are lazy and take advantage of your business. I would understand the doors being locked if there was a window I could’ve walked up to but no you are paying for this guy to just exist in your building"
"Ok, never had such experience before, can't believe I am writing a gas station review! Came there a bit later than midnight with no gas left. Tried multiple cards, none work. Went to the building, the shop is closed, lights on. At the opposite entrance another customer is shaking the door loudly, but the doors are TIED BY A PLASTIC BAG. We don't see the cashier, apparently because he was hiding from us behind the cashier table. I went to fast food to ask if the gas station works, they shrugged their shoulders. I have 0 gas, so I go trying other cards, nothing works, and suddenly I see cashier moving inside. I run back, other customers and I start knocking the door, and he is hiding again. I start banging the glass door with my palm with a heavy ring on. He showed up and waved for me and other customers to go away. I start showing with signs that he needs to approve transactions. He is very annoyed and angry, I keep insisting that I needed gas, and he finally says that the station is closed. I asked how 24h station can be closed. I can't drive anywhere. He gave up and said that it's 24 h, but it's closed for 30 minutes, and it will be opened in 4 minutes at 12:16. What an interesting schedule. I went back to the car. Waited for 4 minutes. I try multiple cards, he stares at me from inside and doesn't approve the transactions to make me go to shop again. Why?? I just want to get gas and go home. I went back, the doors are open. He asks which pump. My car was the only one on the station to that moment, and he was just staring at me and my car a minute before it. I told him the number of the pump. He asks for number of gallons, I say 10. He spends another minute counting and recounting something on calculator to drag more time (he didn't ask for fuel grade, and multiplying by 10 on calculator multiple times, seriously?) So finally I got my fuel after 30 minutes. I have no idea why he hates customers so much."
"Tried about 6 different pumps. One covered with an out of order bag, one had something stuck inside the credit card slot, one didn't let the transaction start, one didn't have a hose at all but no out of order sign or something, most of the rest had abandoned cars sitting at them... The final pump when I put in my card just said "please see cashier," so I gave up. The whole point of a gas station right on the highway should be convenience."
"CR ENGLAND and Swift used the lot as it was their own yard and drop trailer here and there for days without any consideration to other drivers. Bathroom are very dirty and nasty they need to be clean more often, hope it gets new management to fix things up..."
