"Made an appointment on Tuesday 5/1 to look at a vehicle between 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. Arrived on site around 12 Noon & they were letting someone else test drive the car at the time I was scheduled. Person came back & said they were buying the car. Wasted my time driving here & waiting. Will never do business with these people. Bunch of crooks. They don't tell you someone else is coming to look at the vehicle just so they can try to get you to buy something else once you are there."
"Love the service I received from Sandy, George and Eddy. They really care, I came in looking for a nice economic car after my daughter wreck mine. They took great care of me, George, drove me to the bank back and fort in the car I bought from them. Sandy took care of all the paperwork and Eddy gave me an amazing deal. I waited to write the review to feel the car out and make sure it was tip top condition. It’s no lemons over there, nothing but pineapples, grape, oranges and strawberries. Thank you so much, next time I need another car, I know where I’m going!!!!"
"Absolutely terrible time. Do not buy a vehicle of any kind from this dealership. The owner is just scamming you into his cheap and bad auction purchases. Every step of this process was made exponentially harder than it needed to be. I couldn’t put a deposit down on a truck, their customer service is awful, they take forever to respond to messages even crucial ones that could make things go smoother, they never answer phone calls, they don’t allow you to swipe a credit card thus making the payment side of things even more difficult, then, they proceeded after all of that hassle to sell me a truck (that mind you has been a dream of mine to own for years now and they knew that fact) that had a bad engine. Whether they knew and did it anyways, or refused to inspect it themselves or through a shop I don’t know. But now that truck is currently sitting in a shop while the owner, Eddie, cannot make up his mind on whether he will help us in paying for the repairs, or take his broken truck back and refund us the money we spent. To anyone reading, never buy from here. I’m still waiting to see where this whole situation is going to end up, and every step of it has just been frustrating."
"Do not buy a car from Eddie at Bristol County Auto. He is a professional swindler. I bought a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder from him in Dec '23 and he has proven incapable of doing anything except taking my payment. First, the car was advertised for an one price ($4500), which then changed once I appeared ($5800). Once I bought the car, they didn't schedule an alignment when they told me they would. I had to do that on my own. The registration took months because they forgot to submit the paperwork for the VIN inspection, which I had to go out and do myself at my own cost. When the registration finally came in and I showed up to get a safety inspection on the car, they didn't follow through and I had to go out and get one myself. See the pattern? It gets better (worse)! The car needed a new parking brake to pass inspection, which I repaired at my own cost ($400+). When I brought the receipt to Eddie, he said he would send me a check in the mail, but that never appeared. 6 weeks later I finally tracked him down, and he handed me a check. But that check bounced! I realize that buying a used car comes with risks, but the basics of running a business seem to escape these guys. Bristol County Auto is not a reputable company and I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General."
"One of the best experience I ever had buying a used vehicle and a rare one at that he has a sharp looking inventory of used cars, trucks and SUV used vehicles. I had Not one problem with the vehicle or the service from a veteran owned business I will definitely be buying another used car from Bristol County Auto Exchange. Very responsive and answered every question I had and boy were they busy with more customers so they must be doing something right if they have a great customer base. If you are looking for a used vehicle definitely give them a call. Thank you for a pleasant experience."
