"After a bad experience at the Fall River location, I gave the Swansea store a call and they were happy to get my car checked ( last minute), I arrived at the store around 4 pm, Heather, Chris and the rest of the team were amazing, in only 2 hours they got my car checked, called around for the part and installed it, finishing up with an alignment, they stay over the time to make sure they finish the work, they are 10/10 and I would 100% recommend the staff at the Swansea location! You guys rock! Thank you so so much for what you did for me today and for what you do for everyone else!"

"In October, I had a problem with the brakes on my Prius and pulled off the highway to get them checked out. It turned out it was good I stopped; the car was probably unsafe to drive. This shop was wonderful with me. They got me right in to look at the car, and determined that it was too specialized for their shop and recommended I contact the Toyota dealer nearby. Their judgment and honesty in not taking on the job (it did turn out to be a very specific problem) helped reassure me, and my faith in the goodness of people!
