"My partner and I showed up with hopes that I got a car that day and he wanted to look at getting one. We were greeted right away after getting out of our vehicles. Kledion did everything in his power to get me a car that day! It was not easy but he managed it! The manager Mike was very kind. The finance manager Brendan and our finance agent Kenny were very kind and pleasant! My partner will be getting his new car as well in a couple of weeks! Thank you again Ira Toyota!"

"Came in for an oil change. After an hour and a half I checked on the status. They had found a license plate light and a tail light out, and the back wiper blade needed to be replaced. He quoted about $10-12 dollars for the light bulbs each and about $35 for the wiper. I had a coupon for a $9.95 oil change. The total bill came to about $130. He didn't have the labor in the bulb replacement estimates, so that is why the price was more than he quoted. They can never do an oil change in less than a hour and a half. They don't start working on your car at your appointment time. You are entered in a queue at your appointment time. So you wait 40 - 60 minutes before they start working on your car. What good is an appointment if they don't have a timeslot waiting for you?"

"Making appointment was easy. Quality of work was excellent. I arrived at 6am for my appointment, with only three cars inline ahead of me. However, I was not happy to have to wait 2hrs15min for a simple 20k service (oil change, tire rotation etc). Seems like it should only take an hour or so."

"Consistently Poor Service at Ira Toyota of Danvers I've given Ira Toyota of Danvers multiple chances to improve, but my experience remains consistently terrible. The only smooth interaction I've had was when I initially purchased my car. I am currently waiting almost 8 hours for a simple oil change and brake fluid change—an absolutely ridiculous amount of time. This, unfortunately, isn’t an isolated incident. Almost every time I bring my car in for an oil change, they don't have the specific oil my car needs. It's baffling that I am forced to reschedule and personally call their parts department to verify if the necessary supplies are in stock. As a customer, I shouldn't have to manage their inventory for them. Previously, I left a negative review, warning the car communities I'm part of and my family to avoid this dealership. Although one of their bosses later called to apologize, the service has not improved at all. Whenever I take my car to other dealerships, I never encounter these problems. They provide accurate time estimates and resolve issues promptly. It’s clear that Ira Toyota of Danvers doesn’t value its customers' time or satisfaction. I highly advise others to take their business elsewhere."

She went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests, from coming in to work on her day off to expedite the purchasing and registration process to giving me a ride to the insurance office so I can save time on getting all the documents I needed. She was Patient and genuinely happy to answer all my questions. I appreciate you Leida, you are amazing!!!"
