"I usually love these stores, but giving 4 stars simply because the entire store network did not have the parts I needed for a 2018 vehicle which is a very common vehicle. To be fair, Autozone did not have the parts either. Overall the store was neat and clean and the staff was super helpful. The strip mall the place was in was a little run down however."

"Experienced another customer have the worse experience ever I would never ever go back there after seeing the customer being yelled at and disrespected by a team member named Ardit he was on his phone not caring about answering the customer questions so customer left crying he needs to be fired if these are the type of people advance is hiring they need to be fired and closed down"

"I am blown away by the customer service from Matt. Absolutely the kindest, most genuine person I have met. I was fortunate enough to catch him outside after his shift, and asked him for a jump on my car. Not only did he agree with no hesitation, but he helped show us how to do it as well! Unfortunately, our battery was busted lol. However, he went an even extra mile by telling us what he recommends us to do and which battery to buy from their store :). When we went in to purchase a new battery, Jayson also created a great environment! Will be coming here for any auto needs from now on."
