"I brought my car in because I heard a rattling sound coming from the passenger side front. A couple of hours later I got a call explaning the problems and what my options were. I choose the most expensive,$691, hoping to avoid more problems for a while. I go to pick my car up, pull out the lot, and hear the rattling noise. I do a couple laps to make sure, then bring it back. They take it right in, and fifteen minutes later tell me it's all set. When I asked what the problem was, I was told it was something loose. My car has been fine since, so now I'm wondering if I spent $691 just to have a bolt tightened."

"I had used this place to have a tire plugged on a fleet vehicle. They were very professional, so I decided to take my personal truck to them. Called in Friday, got an appointment on a Sunday for review and drop off, and picked up the next day. In that timeframe, they ordered and installed 4 new tires, fixed two separate engine issues, did an oil change and some other minor work. Very happy with the results. I’ll update if my light issue isn’t actually resolved, but so far so good. The price was fair, but a smidge higher than I anticipated/ wanted. For the convenience and turn around time, that experience was unmatched. Update: light came back on... these guys took it right back, found the issue, repaired it same day for no cost. Highly recommend this shop!"
