"This was my 3rd leasing experience at Quirk, and it went very smoothly. We had Tom Sforza, the general manager, work with us. He called us to check in and see if we were interested in turning in our leased ‘22 Subaru Outback 6 months early so that we could get a ‘25 Outback. Honestly, at first, we really weren’t interested, but, after discussing the financial details with him , and recognizing that in 6 months we were going to be faced with the end of our lease, and…what? Start another lease, make a purchase on the ‘22 or a new vehicle-or even just look for a whole different car? I love my Outback and knew I’d stick with it, so we figured it made the most sense to “go for it” and lease the ‘25. Tom made it very easy for us. The whole process went smoothly, with only a slight delay due to our having put a freeze on one of our credit reporting agencies with an inability to reach them quickly. Bottom line: We were in our new car the next day, and it was a simple process. Tom was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all our questions."

"I visited this dealership regarding a purchase. In my opinion this dealership has zero customer service rating. I had been approved to purchase a vehicle through my own credit union so there was no real reason this purchase would not be approved. I made great offer to them however they said it was not good enough for them. This dealership plays the old car buying gamesmanship. Now few days later they called me back to offer the price I offered on this vehicle now it was good enough. Then I look online and find a lower price at their dealership! This Quirk Subaru in Braintree in my opinion has probably one of the worst sales techniques along with the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. I told them they could keep there vehicle and add to there collection of aged inventory. You can see how long their inventory has been there at that dealership. Now their manager actually said to me why do they only have a year to sell a vehicle? Really, you are allowed give your vehicle as many birthdays as you like your the manger. I don’t think the owner would appreciate that you do that. I just figured if the writing is on the wall maybe I should stay clear of this dealership. I am just sharing my experience to warn others of how they do there sales transactions. In my opinion if you purchase here do your do diligence get numerous quotes then choose the best dealer that has great customer service at the price you feel is fair."

"I am looking for a new car and drop by quirk work Subaru yesterday. I anticipated the business with a nice gentleman Nicholas Batchelder. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He patiently listens to our request and patiently touring us with different options. We are very appreciated with his approach which he is not as pushy as other dealers that we experienced before and really do above an beyond to accommodate our work time. "I purchased a new vehicle with a trade in 4/13/2024. It was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I've had, and I've been through a good number of them. The dealership was very busy when I arrived for my appointment, but the staff was helpful, and the GM Tom had me out for a test drive while my sales consultant finished up with another customer within 10 minutes of arriving. My salesperson was Michaela who was excellent start to finish. She was busy with multiple customers but still very attentive to my needs and respectful of my time. The negotiations were fair and transparent, no high-pressure sales tactics. In terms of the typical finance guy antics you see in this business, none of that here. Explained and presented the options and allowed me to make the best decision for my needs. Start to finish I was in and out in about 2.5 hours. I received a check-in text (text was my preference) 2 days later to see how everything was going and to update me that the registration had been mailed and insurance contacted. I was about 90 minutes away, but the trip was well worth it. Thank you, Tom, and Michaela, it was a pleasure!"
