"I recently had my Ford Explorer scheduled for maintenance, the usual but also included filters, an annoyingly slow tire leak along with a few minor issues. Once again I am amazed at the quality of service, the price which I know was extremely low combined with the reminder coupon that was mailed to me. There has been an issue with the a/c not working as it should, Cindy a service advisor spent some time verifying that the warranty I had purchased was still in effect, and instead of having to wait a week for the needed replacement she obtained it so the repair could be completed in a matter of days not a week plus. We have been customers of Herb Chambers for many years, the GM goes above & beyond to have answers for your questions if he is unsure of anything, that is customer service. With prices for everything being way more than we used to pay it’s worth it to be dealing with people you know & trust to make decisions that not only fix problems but save you money.
