"On November 15th 2022, my Jeep rolled in with a busted brake line. After initial diagnostic, they said my line was badly rotted and needed to be replaced, which they said they could do for only $300. I agreed and later that afternoon it was fixed. I was told the line was fixed but my car needed other repairs. I thanked them, payed the $300 and left. I had intended to bring them further business due to the low cost and speedy repair. Little did I know that the low cost and speed was an indication of the kind of service they were performing. Now, five months later my brake lines blew again. Come to find out the mechanic cut out the section of the BADLY ROTTED brake line that burst and replaced it with new line, but left the rest of the BADLY ROTTED line, splicing them together with an illegal compressor. I only found that out after having another mechanic investigate why the brakes went out again. Instead of a few hundred in maintenance and repairs, I'm about to spend thousands looking for a new car. I thought I could trust this shop and it nearly got me killed and cost me thousands."
