"I purchased a 2017 toyota camry from this guys and the car was perfectly clean inside and outside , they did all the paperwork for me inspection was done and even they filled my gas tank I couldn’t say much about them but i will highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a used car , definitely i will get back to them in the future"
"Stay away. They lied to me that the car I bought from them had gone through inspection, three weeks after the purchase the muffler completely came off. Now I have to replace the gas tank and that’s going to cost me $1,100. Tires needed to be replaced, it’s been a total headache. I should’ve picked up on their suspicious vibes from the start. I am taking them to court."
"I bought a 2012 Lincoln MKZ from them in 2020. I'm scrapping the car this weekend, almost 2 years later. I bought the car with 101,000 miles on it, and it only has 143,000 miles on it. I remember how odd the sales process was, the weird pressure tactic of the "owner" turning his back on me when I made a counter-offer. He didn't like the fact that I wanted to pay cash for the vehicle up-front. Obviously, it's better for them if you finance your vehicle - they made that clear. The "inspection" was bogus. The windshield wipers didn't work (I didn't notice until I drove away), so how could any inspection miss that? Not even 8 weeks went by before the transmission began changing gears in a "rough manner." Despite their promise that the car was in great condition and the extra $1k I paid for their "mechanic inspection," a real mechanic easily found that the transmission lines were rotted - that was the first $1,600 I paid to repair this car. Since then, the water pump has failed (this is a big deal with this type of car and not an easy fix at all), the air conditioning never worked right - my family and I sweated through hot new england summer traffic for the past 2 years - and the rear differential has failed making the car unable to be driven. These charlatans got me for my money. Never again, and I will warn anyone thinking of doing business with them!!! Just noticing that Green Leaf Auto Sales decided that they would respond to my review literally years after I made the review. Maybe they hoped I wouldn’t notice. I noticed. First of all the assertion that I had mechanical problems, two years after my purchase is not at all, what I said, and not at all what happened. I had mechanical problems literally three months after I bought the car. At that point, my 30 day warranty was long since expired, and after my sales experience with them, I didn’t even bother calling them. The claim that they have no idea what the $1000 mechanical inspection is all about shocks me. They made such a big deal out of this, to get that additional $1000 out of me, there’s no way that I could forget this, or not remember it correctly. They claimed that the car was new to them also, and that it needed a mechanical inspection, and that during that inspection, anything that was wrong with the car would be fixed. Funny, but my wife remembers it exactly that way too. I think again, I would note the fact that the windshield washer pump didn’t work, and that I had to replace the hoses and clogged nozzles on the hood of the car, in order to get it to spray any windshield washing fluid at all. Given that it was “inspected,” one would assume that something like the wipers and windshield fluid pump would have at least been tested. Finally, I had to replace the transmission lines, like I said, approximately 90 days after my purchase. My mechanic showed me these lines, and I was surprised to learn that they were still carrying fluid at all due to how rusted they were. I remember speaking with Mechanic about the supposed $1000 inspection that Green Leaf did, and I remember my heart dropping when he scoffed at the idea that the car was inspected, and insured me that no one had updated anything on the car in some time - again, much to my dismay. It’s almost comical that they decided to respond years after I made my review. Almost, but not really."
"Greenleaf auto sales was the worst thing to ever happen to me . I bought a car from them in MAY of this year , upon driving the car I immediately knew it needed breaks I mentioned it and they said it would be fixed when I came to pick it up . I picked it up a few days later and the breaks infact were not fixed ; I had to drive back and get them fixed …. They only fixed TWO of the four breaks . A complete slap job , a month later my car started to drive weird , and my check engine light came on . It was a misfire ; I called them and the man said that they would have someone call me back … nothing . I called 5 times over the weeks all with the same response …none ! 3 months later my car will not drive and they’re “ unable to help me “ because it’s been 3 months . I truly thought these were people I could trust but unfortunately I was wrong and haven read reviews. I wish I saw these before my purchase . I am a single mother with no help or support financially and now have no car or means of transportation . Please stay away from this company ."
