Both guys working the front (Connor was one, didn't catch other guys name) were both very friendly and explained the process. Dropped the car off and a few hours later was all set to go with no issues. Definitely would recommend this Midas to others who need service in the Malden area."

"They charged me $245 in labor alone to replace 3 small ($2 each) lightbulbs under duress to pass an inspection. For reference, 2 of them were marker lights that had been out for many years of prior inspections. It's all "legal" since they need to be functional when installed (but not all cars have them). The light swap was finished in ~30 minutes after they told me about it (and they tried to add more things on before I asked what I absolutely needed) - so whether they are taking advantage or they really charge $490/hr in labor, I'll leave up to the reader to discern."
