"I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent transaction I had with your company. I ordered a part and was assured that it would be delivered to Canada within three weeks with no additional charges. Trusting this commitment, I made a payment of $700 CAD via PayPal. Regrettably, after three weeks of eager anticipation and multiple follow-ups, I was informed that the company could not ship the part to me due to excessive costs, contrary to our initial agreement. This unexpected turn of events has not only been inconvenient but has also resulted in a significant financial loss on my part. To compound matters, when I inquired about the promised refund, there was an unacceptable delay in processing it. After a week of waiting, I was informed that the refund had been overlooked. It then took an additional three days for the amount to be deducted from PayPal. Moreover, I must bring to your attention that I personally incurred a loss of $80 due to the PayPal deduction. This unforeseen financial burden has further intensified my dissatisfaction with the entire experience. I find this situation highly distressing and unprofessional. The lack of communication, failure to fulfill the promised delivery, delays in processing the refund, and the unexpected financial loss have collectively left me with a profoundly negative impression of your company.
