Magno took care of securing the vehicle and even lowering the price. Alex, the finance manager helped us with financing and all the necessary paperwork. Our first drive there was almost 2 hours with traffic just to look at ihe car and get the process going. Then Alex took initiative to bring the contract to us and then delivered the car in person about a week later fully insured, cleaned and registered. The communication was impeccable and always on time. No surprises and no tricks! We really had an amazing experience here and truly highly recommend Sommerville Motors!"

"What a place. I would like to start with a disclaimer that I didn’t purchase a car here. I came in specifically to see a certain car, I was greeted by a friendly guy. He didn’t know much about what he was talking about as far as any purchasing technicalities or finances, he even stated multiple times that he was “just a salesman” but he was at least hospitable. The car was listed at less than 20,000 about 19.9. My credit isn’t good but it is definitely not awful. I liked the car and had them run numbers and they came back with what would essentially end up in me paying 32,000+ for a car listed at 19.9K. When I responded stating how ridiculous this was though, the salesman who was once nice decided to remind me that he has no idea what he’s talking about and is “just a salesman” and then take my comment personally and make a snarky remark about my credit score (insensitive as you don’t know my situation in the slightest as a young woman) and then threaten me with legal action because apparently if you don’t purchase anything through them it’s slander to review your experience on google !! Haha. At least put me in contact with someone who DOES know what they’re saying!! This is definitely a dealership that I will be keeping myself and those I care about away from. Predatory and unprofessional."
