"I purchased a utility truck from them and my experience was not good. They had little knowledge of the truck they sold me. After purchase on the way to the garage for inspection the engine light went on which clearly indicates they wiped the codes when selling the truck to me. Once at the mechanic looked at truck indicated my front left cab and mount was rotted out which was a safety issue along with the engine light and the tire pressure light the truck failed inspection requiring about $2,800 in repairs. The moral is the story, understand who you're dealing with before you buy and also request if your mechanic can look the vehicle before you buy. In this case the dealer is just a buyer of cars and flipping them and doing some shady stuff to get them through a sale. There were several other issues my mechanic highlighted as sales techniques to cover issues. Luckily I got the vehicle cheap enough to do the repairs but what disturbed me was the dishonesty in the dealership., Buyer beware because these guys don't care!"

"William sold me a truck that he claimed needed very minimal work and provided me a hub assembly that he said was the only thing it needed for inspection. After waiting 7 days for him to mail me the paperwork I needed to register, as he forgot to initially, I was able to have my mechanic look at it for a sticker. It needed a dozen things to get an inspection and almost $3k in labor. I’ve tried reaching out to William several times over the last week and he has yet to respond to me about the vehicle he sold deceptively. I have a claim open with the attorney generals office, dealer and inspection office with New Hampshire DOJ, as well as a civil case with the Rockingham county court. I would’ve rather handled this privately, but he left me no other choice when he wouldn’t respond to my calls. Very dishonest, unfair and shady business practice, I would avoid dealing with William at all costs."
