Reviews
"Very shocked about these reviews. People dont understand the effort the dealers do to put you into the car that you want. Shake my head and honestly I can positively say they did not screw me one bit. ALL used cars are used. I would like to say thank you for helping me out! I'm sorry you guys have these kinds of reviews"
"STAY AWAY. from the beginning it’s been nothing about headaches from this arrogant business owner. Day 2 of owning a car from this place the transmission started to overheat. Bring it in. He says. You will owe me 100 deductible and half of whatever work gets done. I wish I could say that was it. I went to go inspect it and it had so many issues. Needless to say it is now a lawn ornament #update Owner response. He will fix it with the terms I agreed to upon signing $100 deductible and half of power train However according to state law I will repeat it again you needed to provide me with a notice of unsafe vehicle which you did not. You have my number if you would like to reach out. I have emailed you and called with no response. At this point I’ll offer you this. Buy my car back or fix it. Otherwise I’ve already filed with the BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL. NEXT WILL BE SMALL CLAIMS COURT, judging by your reputation and the AG CLAIMS YOU HAVE BEEN TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT BEFORE"
"First want to say to the low star people. Should have done ur homework. Your buying a used car not new one. So look at reliability reviews prior to purchasing. I had a great experience with Grey Goose (Jerry) he was up front and was willing to work with me on financing and other ways to buy the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the car too."
"Been emailing with Jerry and he accepted a great offer. So i drove 60 miles to go see the car. He just sort of sat there while I looked at it. Didnt seem like he cared at all. Granted it was memorial day weekend so he was probably pissed he had to work. Understandable. Car looked pretty good. Just a small rust spot. (didnt even mention that to him). I asked to take it for a ride. He agreed. He gave me the keys and I took it out. It ran great except I noticed the E-brake was broken. When I got back to the dealership, I told him that it might need to be checked. He replied with a snark remark: " I could also put the price back up to XXXX". I mostly ignored his comment and told him my shopping plan. I had been driving around (300miles+) looking at cars and that I was going to select one to bring my mechanic friend with me to make sure everything was good. He did not like that. He said " ive been in the business many years and this is the best price your gunna get". " dont bother coming back" " dont waste your time" he said. and he walked back toward the car and I left. Not sure what the fu** his problem was. I'm not broke and pulled up in a Range Rover! He was right, that is the best deal I have seen so far but since he was an jerk, I would rather not buy the car I want then give him my business. I should have believed the other reviews on here."
"I purchased a car a week ago from Grey Goose Auto in Derry, NH. At the outset, it required $478 of repairs before it could be driven home to RI, and I agreed to pay this. The body and interior were in great shape and the salesman gave me a good price and a limited warranty. They had even waited after hours for us to pick it up, so i was pleased to that point. On the drive home, the car died on the highway in Medford, MA. A State Police officer kindly assisted with getting the car towed off the highway and to a reputable repair shop nearby. (This cost $108.) It was $530 to replace the alternator. Several calls to Grey Goose's owner, Jerry, were not answered or returned. I spoke with him today and he stated that I should've had it towed back there and that he will not pay for someone else's repairwork! I called the AG's office."
