"My husband, our little baby , and I were driving home last night when we got a flat. We pulled into the Shell on Merrill Rd and realized that we had no idea how to get to our spare tire out of our recently-purchased used Dodge Caravan. It was late at night, my baby was crying, my husband was at a loss what to do -- he couldn't figure out how to access it. If it were not for Scott who came over between customers to see how he could help, I don't know what we would have done. He used his phone to look up a how-to video which showed an access port between the front seats which we would have never found without his help. He even lent us a flashlight so we could see what we were doing. But the best part was just how pleasant he was! What could have been a scary moment was turned into a pleasure. Scott, thank you, you are an angel! I just want Shell to know how grateful we are!"
