"Food is always fresh. But the service has been lacking lately. I go there 4-5 times a week and the same people work that shift. For the past month the exact same guy and girl have been taking care of my orders and have be really rude and very unwelcoming. I always say please and thank you and they just shove the drinks or food out the window with a sour look on their face. I hope this changes soon."

"It was shocking. All of the employees were hanging outside smoking, etc. we waited at the counter for a while but no one came inside to take any order. It’s a dirty place with the worst customer service. All of the employees were outside for at least the whole time we were here at least for 15+ minutes."

"This branch is a bit of a nightmare. Super dirty inside and clearly no effort to address it. Crumbs and trash all over the tables and floor. Smelled of burning plastic. Phone rang 25 times and no one answered. No customers inside and none in drive through so not sure what the employees were so busy with. The franchise owner might want to do some unannounced visits. Try a different coffee spot."
